At Identily we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we process, for what purposes, and your rights. Data controller: Identily. Contact: privacy@identily.com.
What data we process
- Community reports: the category, optional comment and language you submit. No account or name required.
- A hash of your IP address (never the raw IP) to prevent abuse and spam.
- Standard technical data (Cloudflare logs) for security and performance.
- Consent cookies and, if you accept them, Google AdSense advertising cookies.
Purposes and legal basis
- Showing useful information about charges and preventing fraud: legitimate interest.
- Advertising (AdSense): your consent.
- Security and anti-spam (Turnstile, rate limiting): legitimate interest.
Processors and third parties
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (infrastructure, CDN, anti-spam) and Google AdSense (advertising). Google may use cookies to personalize ads if you consent.
Retention
We keep reports for as long as they are useful to the community. You can request removal at any time.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, email privacy@identily.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Content removal (takedown)
If a page or report affects you (for example, as a merchant owner), email privacy@identily.com and we will review it promptly.
